At 7 years old in her grandmother's kitchen, is where she developed her culinary passion.
Chef Julia Duke is in a league of her own by using her culinary artistry to create beautiful and soul filling dishes. A Columbia, TN native, At age 23, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Middle Tennessee State University
in Murfreesboro, TN. At age 25, she graduated from the Randy Rayburn Culinary Arts program at Nashville State. She then traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada to train under the finest Chefs at Caesar's Palace Resort & Casino.
Since moving back to Tennessee she has upscaled her catering business and brands herself as mainly offering luxury dining services. Professionalism is her greatest attribute. She continues to train herself and is always eager to network with higher end Chefs.
Chef Juels is self motivated and determined to learn as much as she can in any given environment. Even with her clientele, she uses every moment as an opportunity to better understand customers needs and better her craft. The kitchen is her safe haven.
She believes to master and execute solid culinary skills you must first appreciate the basics and build on that.

Paris L. - HER INSPIRATION
Chef Juels has always been at amazed with African and French cultures. Her childhood favorite movies include Anastasia, The Aristocats, Ratatoullie, and The Hunchback of Notre Dame--all of which were set in France!
Her daughter, Paris, only adds to her love of the cultures. During the summer time, Paris pursues her own entrepreneurial career by running her lemonade and beignet stand. The proceeds go towards Paris's future investments. They inspire each other!
